Denna video från Alisa Apreleva handlar om en informationskampanj i Moskva, Ryssland, som är för att hjälpa till att lyfta fram amyotrofisk lateralskleros (ALS).
MER: Vilken forskning görs på ALS?

Videon har ryska artister och patienter i olika stadier av sjukdomen sjunger en specialskriven och arrangerad låt "The Last Poem." Videons ursprung spelades in i Moskva 2014. Tyvärr har alla ALS-patienter som deltar i projektet nu avledigt.

Dock kommer deras arv fortsätta eftersom de hjälper andra att förstå mer om sjukdomen och samla in pengar till viktig forskning om bättre behandlingar, som förhoppningsvis kommer att resultera i att man en dag att hitta ett botemedel.
